Port Albert Fishing Club Meeting and Social Dinner

Clubhouse Supper Meetings

The Club holds a monthly meeting every second Tuesday at 7 pm in the clubrooms. Open to all members and guests, it’s an opportunity to stay updated on Club news and activities while socialising and connecting with fellow members in a friendly, welcoming environment

Every quarterly interval (June September, December & March) the club holds a social supper meeting at no cost to attendees, that incorporates the monthly general meeting.

Supper meetings normally commence at 6pm and we ask that attendees bring a plate of salads or sweets. The club house is not a licensed venue but you are welcome to BYO your own alcohol

Sponsor Dinner Meetings

The March and September social supper meetings are being held at the Yarram Country Club in appreciation of their valued sponsorship of the club.

Members and their family are welcome to attend. This is a buy your own supper event.

Fishing Competitions

The Club hosts monthly competitions in estuarine, freshwater, and surf waters, with awards for successful anglers.

Family-friendly fishing events encourage social interaction, allowing members to participate in competitive events or enjoy relaxed, social fishing. Everyone can choose their level of involvement while connecting with the Club community.

Community & Partner Activities

Apart from our social supper meetings the club has a number of events against other fishing clubs that are generally more social in nature and as always members and their families are welcome to attend.

Our club also hosts partner or sponsor events. These activities are listed within the events section.
